ABOUT THIS CLASS
Leading the voice user to greater awareness of and mastery over their instrument. This class is a unique and powerful blend of gentle yoga, breath work, mindfulness, and sounding for singers, actors, teachers, speakers, and anyone wanting more comfort, ease, and confidence in using their voice. The voice is the seat of self-expression and personal power. Re-discover your innate ability to vocalize with confidence, connection, and intention. No prior singing experience necessary.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Jody Weatherstone is a classical vocalist, yogi, and voice teacher. Her fascination with the body, mind, spirit connection led her to create this class which combines her extensive background as a classical soprano and her yoga practice. Jody has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2012 at Vastu. She has also completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course at the Krame Center at Ramapo College. Jody has been teaching voice to students of all ages for over 16 years and has been singing all her life.
BOOKING A CLASS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
This class is adaptable to the ages and experience of the participants. It can be tailored to middle school, high school, and adults. Jody can also adapt the class according to the experience levels in singing and yoga practice of the participants.
